SHIPPING POLICY

Each LABULGARA piece is handcrafted to order and our expected shipping time on orders is 10-14 days.
Best Sellers and in stock items are readily available to ship to you asap or within 2 days of placing your order.

If you require a fast-tracked order, please e-mail info@labulgara.com before making a purchase. While we endeavor to meet every demand, we cannot guarantee all orders can be fast-tracked.

Once you order is complete, it is gift wrapped and dispatched with the next courier collection. An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your order journey.

LABULGARA is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies or for any damages that may occur during shipping.

LABULGARA delivers using a UPS and USPS service which delivers in 3-5 business days and is fully trackable. This service is quoted at the checkout and is based on your location and order value.  Please provide correct information at the checkout point.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LABULGARA ships internationally using UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are quoted upon check out. Customs duties and taxes are not included in the quoted shipping charges. It is the customer responsibility to pay the duties and taxes on declared values of shipped goods if any are requested from customs. All orders are shipped with commercial invoice and declared full value of goods included. 

If packages are refused due to imposed custom taxes and duties the customer is responsible for all ship back to LABULGARA charges. 

RETURNS POLICY

We gladly offer exchanges or a credit note (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 5 days of receiving your purchase. We do not issue refunds for a change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Please notify LABULGARA by email (info@labulgara.com) to request an exchange or repair authorization. There are no refunds. You must ship items for exchange or repair within five days of receiving the repair authorization. LABULGARA retains the right to refuse exchanges or repairs shipped without authorization.

Any purchases made through a LABULGARA retail partner must be returned to the original point of purchase.

Please note we do not accept exchanges when:

  •       Items are not returned in their original condition i.e., have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
  •       Items are return outside the specified return time frame (5 days within delivery)
  •       An order includes bespoke or customized items

Returns are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to LABULGARA. Please pack items in a well-padded box and ship using UPS. Do not ship anything, including jewelry in an envelope. Shipping insurance is not required but recommended.

Should any of the above occur, LABULGARA will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.

 

EXCHANGE FOR SIZE

While we are more than happy to assist where possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size has been ordered.

Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of their order as well as the re-shipping fee back to them.

 

 REPAIRS

LABULGARA jewelry is delicate in nature and should be handled carefully as specified on the site. 

To request a Repair Authorization, please contact us and include the below information:

  •       Your order #
  •       Your full name and address
  •        Brief description or an image 

On a case-by-case basis, some repairs can incur a fee. This fee is invoiced to you via email and commenced once payment is received. There is a standard $35 service charge plus the cost of additional materials or labor as specified by the designer. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing, chain lengthening or diamond positioning on the Needle Earrings, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge.

Once LABULGARA receives in the repair order, you will receive a repair approval. You must reply to this email with your approval or denial of the estimate for repair work to begin within 48 hours.

Your jewelry will be repaired and returned to you as soon as possible. Repair turnaround is usually 3-4 weeks after approval.

We do our best to accommodate repair requests, but due to the nature of our products some components may not be available for repair or replacement.
